Gripe Number Two

Ok, gripe number two.....Why are so many people obsessed with 'not offending' others? Do we not live in a world of free speech? Are the 'others' becoming more sensitive to what people say? I would suggest that the people who dream up these restrictions, should get a proper job, one that doesn't involve wasting public money.

As a newcomer to this blogging lark, I'd like to find out whether folks actually read these things. I hope to be posting my points of view on a kind of regular basis, depending, mainly, on how much of a response I get.
From politics to music, fun to serious stuff, I hope to have it all, in my own, biased, way, lol.
So, here goes.......

My first gripe....why the hell can't the Government stop following the do-gooders who are all out to stop other people's enjoyment of smoking? If a human being wishes to inflict the poison on them self, what is wrong with having places for them to go? They have Human Rights too, you know?
(not that I think Human Rights should be used to further anyone's cause)

There we are, then, a little topic I throw out to anyone reading......
